About
Elephante was founded by Kristin Devine, a mediator, lawyer, and business executive with decades of experience leading change, partnerships, and alignment in complex organizations.
Across her years in corporate leadership, Kristin worked with many wonderful people and teams to help make things better for others—experiences she remains deeply grateful for. She especially valued bringing people together around change, listening to different perspectives, finding alignment, and helping ideas take root.
In late 2024, she chose to step away and reflect on what she wanted to contribute next. She spent time exploring mediation, restorative justice, and other practices that help people navigate difference with empathy and make meaningful progress.
Elephante emerged from that reflection and from the belief that conflict, when approached with skill and curiosity, can build understanding and strengthen collaboration. It’s work that helps organizations realign, supports leaders in navigating complex dynamics, and invites people to lead and live with greater focus and care.
Kristin brings a rare combination of business acumen, legal insight, and emotional intelligence, helping leaders meet tension with steadiness, clarity, and practical forward movement.
She lives in Minneapolis and loves being with family and friends, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
